GENTLEMAN

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and everyone of you for a season that was to say the least, frustrating and hectic. Going into this season we, as a league knew what our year would be like due to the Pan Am games, and we did our best to try and make it successful. One major concern we heard throughout the year was the shape the diamonds were in. The executive did on numerous times express our dissatisfaction to the town regarding the condition of the diamonds as they were not being dragged on a regular basis and then during the playoffs when the lights went out a couple of times. The town acknowledged our concerns and gave us a rebate on our fees.

I would also like to express my thanks to Don Wylie (Umpire in Chief) all the umpires, Justin Wylie for lining the diamonds and all members of the executive for again putting in countless hours all season long. Your time, hard work and dedication was greatly appreciated. Congratulations go out to the following teams who won their respective divisions. Well Done!

The final year end banquet will be held on Tuesday Oct.20^th at 7:00pm at The Bear and Firkin Pub, which is located on the N/E corner of Hwy 2 and Liverpool Rd. in Pickering - 1294 Kingston Rd.  Two team reps from each team are invited to the event.

UPDATE:

C Divisions will now take place on Firday Oct 2^nd.  Please see the Playoff Schedule for time information.

The schedule for the A division has been modified for tomorrow, Wednesday Sept. 30^th.  The championship game for the C division will be moved to a new date which is unknown at the moment.  New/modified game information will appear in green colour on the tournament bracket which is found under the Playoff Schedule menu.
